Candidate Finals
Grischuk vs. Rublevsky attracted my attention the most.

I think starting from move 17. Rae1! Rublevsky had misread the move and played Nd7?
Grischuk might be smiling when he played 18. Nxd5! and made Rublevsky suffered till the end.

Virginia open result
I played in the amateur section of the Virginia open.
IM Larry Kaufman won the Open section.
I won the U1200 section with 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 loses.
I've got the Best Performance Award for the Amateur section since I played people 1400 and above throughout the tournament and beat 2 of them.
My performance was around 1527 and I managed a 118 points increase from my last rating.
Next tournament: 7th Annual Millenium Chess Festival (March 2-4) in Virginia Beach, VA. Some GM's were scheduled to come.
